Closets by Design - Niagara

Excellent design and work. Our designer took time to efficiently use space in our walk in closet and gave us good options. Very professional. Installer was also professional and arrived on time; installation was smooth. Would definitely recommend Closets By Design.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with the Niagara on the Lake Closets by Design every step of the way.During the design process I told the designer I did not want shallow shelving. She then designed and had NOTL's Closets by Design install 12 inch shelving in a 26 inch deep closet. Not even deep enough for my husband‘s size 11 shoes to sit on. We never argued for any price reduction because I didn't pay attention and signed off on the design plan. We are honest people.The closets were installed. There are wide spaces and cracks throughout. The shelves slide right off and fall out onto the floor when any weight is applied- even canned goods.I sent in photos and a video July 12th immediately after install. The Customer Service Rep said they shouldn't be like that and it was not right. She said they would fix it and she would get back to me the following Monday about it.I didn’t hear from her. A week later I emailed. She said production" was looking into it.I didn’t hear. I texted. She said she had been on vacation but would get back to me asap about it.I didn’t hear. I emailed. She said they had all been out with Covid and would get back to me.I didn’t hear. I emailed. She said the "production manager was looking into it and he had been out".August 18th over a month after installing the "not right" shelving (as per the reps admission) they sent an installer with spacers.Thats it. He was a nice guy with a mess that wasn't his creation but he couldn't really do much.I now have poor shelves that are slightly snugger in a few spots due to the spacers and adjustments. They still fall out and have a few large spaces. We were able to caulk all the edges against the wall so they look better.I never heard from anyone there again. The rep never checked in. Nothing. Just Crickets. They received their full payment of $3

My wardrobe was very poorly organized till I had Debbie from Closets by Design come in and help with a proper design. She explained to me how we can use and take advantage of the small space that I had available. It was an enlightening experience because the results were just as presented and after the installation, I had even more space available than before. I recommend this professional team to all.

We now have a beautiful bedroom closet thanks to Closets By Design Niagara. Our consultation and design plan from Susan R. was easy and thorough. She made sure our needs were accommodated in her plan. John V. our installer was excellent. He was here when he said he would be and did and excellent job. Our floor was uneven causing the doors to be uneven when hung. He fixed it so you'd never know. He was neat and courteous and efficient. We are very happy with our new closet and the service we received.

Our experience was great from the start. Our lady designer helped to create a wonderful closet. The installer came at the arranged time and was quick and efficient in his job. I love my closet.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new closet organizers and light!I have ALWAYS wanted organizers.Sometimes you have to treat yourself....and when you're not travelling, you might as well have somewhere nice to go ... I may never come out of my closet lolClosets by Design installed organizers in our 2 master bedroom walk-in closets.The designer looks at your existing closets and comes up with a design that works best for your needs.The installer did a great job and cleans up when all done.In a niche within the master we also had a built-in cabinet for a TV with shelving installed.I am so thrilled with how the closets and cabinet turned out!!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends... in fact, I have.

I have to say I had a great experience with Closets by Design Niagara. Corrie made some excellent suggestions that really worked. The installer came today and was extremely nice and professional. He did a great job and didn’t so much as leave any mess. He took away my old closet system as well. I highly recommend them.

We required to have shelves modified for the pantry we had installed some years ago. I was surprised by the welcome I received and how quickly the required modifications were done. Not often you get this quality of service with such a friendly smile. Thank you so much.

My wife and I had a small project for a front hall closet that was previously damaged by water. Regardless of this being a small project we were treated professionally. Erica came over to assess our needs and was fantastic in working through materials and design. Our installer Johnny was professional, courteous and our 2 dogs loved him which is a true testament of character! Johnny was able to accommodate a request mid install and everything worked out fine. My wife and I will use Closets by Design again, and will request that both Erica and Johnny be the team we work with!
